Cancel or change your membership

One form. One step. The Team confirms by email within one business day.

If you want to leave, we make it easy. If you want to change level, this is the place too. Nothing here is a negotiation.

Coaching · Fourteen days, unconditional. Submit within fourteen days of your purchase, through 11:59 PM Eastern on the fourteenth day. We refund you in full and release the twelve months … no conditions and no questions asked.

Consulting · Day 30 Love It Or Leave It. Submit by the end of your thirtieth day. Your access ends at the end of Day 30, your retainer is earned and is not refunded, the Day 31 continuation is not charged, and nothing further is owed by either of us. This is also what stops the Day 31 charge.

Change level. Moving up starts a new twelve months at the new level's current price and releases you from the old level the same day. Moving down or to the free Community takes effect at the end of your current term. Leaving a level forfeits that level's continuation price.

At the end of your term. Curriculum renews each month until you cancel it. Coaching and Consulting do not renew at the end of their twelve months … we present your continuation options near the end of your term, and you choose whether to proceed.

Enrolled under an earlier agreement? These are the terms of the program as it is sold today. If yours says something different, yours is what counts … tell us in the box below or write to support@uplevelbydesign.com, and the Team will confirm your terms in writing before anything happens.

Submitting this form is your written notice under your agreement with us. You will receive a confirmation email at the address above within a minute; if it does not arrive, write to support@uplevelbydesign.com and your notice is still effective as of the time you submitted.

If you are leaving: thank you for the time you spent with us. The free Uplevel Community remains open to you, and so does the door.

If it does not arrive, write to support@uplevelbydesign.com and your notice is still effective as of the time you submitted.
