Community Code of Conduct

Effective September 7, 2026 · Applies to every Uplevel room: the free Uplevel Community, Uplevel Entrepreneur at every level, every live session, event, and channel we host.

1. Why this exists. Members speak candidly here about money, business, and family. The room works only if everyone protects it. This Code says how. It sits under the Uplevel Community Terms; if the two ever differ, the Terms control.

2. Who it binds. Every person who enters any Uplevel room … Members, spouses holding a second seat, Sprint participants, guests we admit. Your access is personal and cannot be shared or transferred.

3. The room is confidential. What another person shares in any Uplevel room stays there. You will not record, screenshot, transcribe (including with any AI tool), repost, or repeat it outside the room. This protects every Member's ability to talk about real numbers and real family situations.

4. Conduct. Treat the Team and every Member as a trusted peer would: directly, constructively, with discretion and good faith. The following are prohibited: harassment, hostility, abuse, intimidation, or threats; discrimination or demeaning conduct toward any person or group; disrupting a session or channel; personal attacks or pile-ons; and any conduct we reasonably determine is materially inconsistent with the safety, wellbeing, or integrity of the room.

5. No selling, no recruiting. The room is not a marketplace. Do not pitch, advertise, or market your own or anyone else's products, services, or programs to other Members without our prior written consent. Do not solicit Members you met here for a competing coaching, consulting, advisory, or wealth-strategy offering. Do not recruit or solicit Team Members. Sharing your experience and answering another Member's question are welcome; turning the room into a sales channel is not.

6. Education, not advice. Posts, comments, sessions, and replays are general education and peer discussion. They are not legal, tax, accounting, investment, securities, or insurance advice, and other Members are not your advisers. Before you act, consult your own licensed professionals, as the Community Terms provide.

7. Handling information. Do not post another person's personal or confidential information without consent. Share your own situation at the level of detail you need to get help; never post account numbers, Social Security numbers, full statements, or other sensitive identifiers … TaxDome exists for documents. Keep posts lawful and accurate; do not misrepresent Uplevel's guidance or methods to others. No spam, mass tagging, or automated posting.

8. Our material. Curriculum, recordings, worksheets, templates, and frameworks are Uplevel's property. Use them for your own planning as the Terms allow. Do not copy, distribute, publish outside the room, or use them to build or market a competing offering, and do not feed them to any AI system outside your own use.

9. Enforcement. Depending on severity, we may warn, remove content, mute, suspend, or remove you from a room or from the program. A material breach of this Code is a breach of the Community Terms and may end your access without refund. Nothing here limits our other rights under the Terms or your Enrollment Agreement.

10. Reporting. If you see or experience conduct that breaks this Code, tell us through the room's reporting channel or at support@uplevelbydesign.com. We review reports in good faith and never retaliate for a good-faith report.

11. Changes. We may update this Code on notice … posted here with a new Effective date, and by email at least thirty days before it applies to you. Continuing to take part after that date is acceptance.

Artificial Intelligence Annex

Effective September 7, 2026 · The detail behind Section 6 of the Uplevel Community Terms, which you initialed.

1. What we use it for. We use artificial intelligence to enhance your experience … in how we prepare, deliver, and support every Uplevel room, and in operating the enterprise. Approved AI tools help the Team draft, research, organize, analyze, and summarize, so the work reaches you faster and more thoroughly. AI does not replace the Team's judgment, and we never use AI to make a decision or a recommendation for you.

2. Human review. A Team Member reviews every AI-assisted work product before it reaches you. We do not deliver autonomous AI output.

3. Approved tools. Only tools on this list, at the tier stated, touch your information. Consumer-tier and personal-account AI products are not approved for work involving your information. Before any new tool is added, we require contractual data-protection terms.

Tool
Provider
Tier and terms
Typical use
Trains on inputs?
Claude (Claude for Work / Claude Teams)
Anthropic, PBC
Commercial Terms
Drafting, research, analysis, summarization
No, per the Commercial Terms
Platform-native meeting AI (for example, Zoom transcription and summaries)

The platform's business or enterprise terms
Meeting transcription and summaries
Per the platform's terms

4. What we do and do not put in. The Team inputs only what the task needs and prefers de-identified or minimized inputs where practical. Full Social Security numbers, financial account and routing numbers, and government identification numbers are not entered into general-purpose AI tools except within an environment configured and contracted for that purpose.

5. Meetings. We may use AI transcription, recording, and summarization on Zoom and comparable sessions. The platform gives its own notice when recording or transcription is on. Recordings, transcripts, and summaries are your confidential information under the Community Terms and are stored in our approved systems.

6. Your own use of AI. If you want to use AI on matters related to your membership, coordinate with the Team so approved tools and methods are used. Do not run confidential membership information through a consumer-tier AI tool and forward the output to us; doing so can waive confidentiality and can compromise privilege on any related matter your own attorney is handling. Privilege on legal matters is preserved through your independent attorney, not through Uplevel.

7. Regulated work is governed elsewhere. Tax-return information handled by Your Books By Design, LLC is governed by the separate Section 7216 consents you sign with that firm. AI use in investment advisory work through Collins Lambert, LLC is governed by LPL Financial's framework and policies. AI use in insurance placement is subject to the insurance regulations of the states where placement occurs. None of that is governed by this Annex.

8. Sharing across the Uplevel companies. Where AI-assisted work involves information moving among Uplevel By Design, LLC, Uplevel Entrepreneur, LLC, Your Books By Design, LLC, and Collins Lambert, LLC, that movement is governed by Section 7 of the Community Terms and the Privacy Notice. Information about our AI vendors and their subprocessors is available on request.

9. Changes. We may add, change, or retire approved tools as tools and their terms evolve, and we refresh this Annex at least annually. A change to the tool list does not require a new signature from you; we post it here with a new Effective date and notify you.

Policies and Procedures Compendium

Effective September 7, 2026 · How Uplevel Entrepreneur runs day to day. Operating detail under the Uplevel Community Terms and your Enrollment Agreement.

For Members of a legacy program, your Program Addendum controls where it differs from this Compendium.

1. Where things happen.

Platform
What it is for
Skool
The community: curriculum, the Roadmap, recordings and replays, resources, announcements, the bulletin board, the Sprint room
Zoom
Live rooms: the weekly Coaching session, the monthly Real Wealth Matrix Pillar Clinic, the Consulting Room, one-on-one Consulting sessions, hot seats, the Honors Session
TaxDome
Required for every sensitive document you send us or we return to you
Calendly
Booking one-on-one sessions at the Consulting level
Notices, confirmations, the Day 30 and continuation communications, policy updates

Email and text are not substantive support channels; questions go to the Skool bulletin board or the room. We may move between platforms on reasonable notice; a platform change is not a reduction in value.

2. Response windows. Questions on the bulletin board are answered within one business day; matters that need research or coordination, within two. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Consulting Members' one-on-one sessions are scheduled, not on demand.

3. Documents and security. Every sensitive document … returns and schedules, W-2s, 1099s, K-1s, trust and estate documents, entity documents, financial and brokerage statements, insurance declarations and beneficiary designations, identification, valuations, and anything you reasonably consider sensitive … goes through TaxDome and nowhere else. A sensitive document sent another way may be deleted or returned for re-upload. Keep your own copies; we are not your custodian of record. We maintain access controls, encryption where the platform supports it, role-based Team access, and credential discipline appropriate to what we handle. Your Books By Design, LLC keeps its own written information security program conforming to IRS Publications 4557 and 5708 and the FTC Safeguards Rule; investment advisory work through Collins Lambert, LLC falls under LPL Financial's Regulation S-P framework.

4. The calendar, and your pace. Your year runs twelve consecutive months from your Day 1 across the Roadmap's four stages: Planning, Blueprint, Strategy, Operations. Each month's work opens in its month and stays open. The month itself does not wait: if you delay a month's work, or a third party you retain delays it, the month still counts and the year does not extend, pause, or credit. Month one is Onboarding and Findings; everything else opens on Day 31. Implementation begins in month three and stays open. Month seven is the Mid-Year Review; month twelve is the Year in Review, where you elect your level for the year ahead.

5. Sessions, attendance, and recordings. Group sessions run on the published schedule and are recorded; replays post in Skool, though a recording is not guaranteed where confidentiality or technology makes it impractical. A missed group session is not replaced with a private one. Consulting one-on-one sessions are booked through Calendly; a same-day cancellation or a no-show is forfeited, so give at least twenty-four hours' notice. Where a session has limited interaction time, such as hot seats and clinic questions, priority goes to preparation, progress on the Roadmap, and relevance to the topic; a hot seat is never guaranteed.

6. Urgent matters. A time-sensitive strategic matter with an external deadline … a closing date, a tax or regulatory notice with a short response window … may be raised directly with the Team through the bulletin board marked urgent or, at the Consulting level, through your advisor. Urgency created by a missed personal deadline or an outside adviser's delay is not an emergency. Urgent handling does not extend the year or create any refund right.

7. Implementation is yours. We provide the frameworks, the sequencing, the coaching, and at the Consulting level the Team's work on your file. You remain responsible for your decisions, for engaging your own licensed professionals, for filings and signatures, and for your own follow-through. We do not override your professionals and do not answer for their actions or inactions. The professional who drafts your documents owns that work, and we do not review it.

8. Access. Access is personal to you and, where a second seat is held, to your spouse, each under your own credentials. Sharing credentials is prohibited. If you want a member of your own team, such as an in-house accountant or an assistant, to have access, ask; authorized access requires our prior written consent and is subject to the Community Terms. When your membership concludes, access to the active rooms and live materials ends; what you downloaded during your membership remains yours under the Terms' license. The free Uplevel Community remains open to you.

9. Events. At in-person events, follow the event rules and this Compendium. Attendee recording is not permitted unless we authorize it in writing. Uplevel records and photographs events under Section 5 of the Community Terms. You are responsible for your own travel, lodging, meals, and incidentals unless we state otherwise in writing. We may modify, postpone, relocate, or convert an event; an event change is not a refund event.

10. Escalation. Your first stop is the Skool bulletin board or, at the Consulting level, your Team advisor. From there: the Member Success Specialist; your Generational Wealth Strategist; the Pillar Director for the pillar in question; the Chief Operating Officer; and, where the Team determines complexity or stakes warrant it, Edward Collins, Founder & Generational Wealth Creation Architect. You do not have to climb the ladder in order; the Team routes.

11. Money matters live in your agreement. Your price, your twelve-month commitment, the Day 30 Love It Or Leave It, month-thirteen continuation, level changes, and the no-refund rule are in your Enrollment Agreement and cannot be changed by this Compendium. To exit, change level, or stop, email support@uplevelbydesign.com or use uplevelbydesign.com/uplevel-membership-cancellation.

12. Records and updates. We keep operational records of your membership: your executed agreement, attendance, written communications, deliverables, platform activity. TaxDome documents are retained under our TaxDome retention settings. We may update this Compendium to improve clarity, reflect new platforms or vendors, or reflect regulatory or operational change; updates post here with a new Effective date and by email at least thirty days before they apply to you.

Sprint Challenge Terms

Effective September 7, 2026 · The terms of the 5-Day $10K Tax Reduction Sprint, accepted at checkout, and applied without the fee when the Sprint is granted with an enrollment.

These terms govern your participation in the 5-Day $10K Tax Reduction Sprint (the "Sprint") from Uplevel Entrepreneur, LLC, an Uplevel By Design company. The Uplevel Community Terms apply to the Sprint and its room; if they conflict with these terms, these terms control for the Sprint.

1. What the Sprint is. A five-day challenge run in cohorts, Monday through Friday. Each day carries one live hour and that evening's homework, and shows you how to keep track, on the Uplevel Tax Savings Ledger, of the Tax Reduction Opportunities you uncover … a two-column worksheet (available now · after Structure) built on your own facts. Across the week you complete your Findings instrument, your Ledger, and your Resource Map. The Sprint is education. It is not tax advice, a return, or a plan, and no professional reviews your Ledger unless you separately engage one.

2. How it is delivered. You are assigned to a cohort … at purchase, or within your first thirty days of membership where the Sprint is granted with your enrollment … and your cohort runs Monday through Friday on its published dates and at its published times. You will be provided with access information via your email address used to sign up for the Sprint and the Sessions are recorded, providing Sprint Participants with ample opportunities to consume and implement the trainings and post the homework assignments. Homework is designed for forty-five to sixty minutes and is due by 9:00 PM Eastern each day of the Sprint. Where a cohort week is not running live, the recorded week is available to you on the same five-day shape, with the Team reviewing on its weekly cadence.

Your access window is thirty (30) days from your cohort's Day 1; after that the Sprint room closes and your Ledger remains yours. We may move a cohort date on notice; a moved date extends your window by the same number of days.

3. The price. The price shown at checkout, currently $997, charged once. It may change for future cohorts. There is no refund. The Sprint is a time-boxed challenge delivered on its published schedule whether or not you take part; the exit is not to buy it.

4. The promise, in print. Our minimum target is $10,000 in Tax Reduction Opportunities uncovered on your own facts across both Ledger columns. The number dials up or down with your circumstances. It is a target for the work and the opportunities the work surfaces … it is not a promise of any result, and an opportunity is not a dollar until it is implemented, by you, with your own professionals. The valuation method is printed on the Ledger: estimated tax effect at your marginal federal and state rates on your own figures. No typicality is claimed. Nothing in the Sprint is a claim about income you will earn.

5. Taking part. Show up, do the day's actions, and ask your questions in the live hour; questions are read from chat without names unless you speak on camera by choice. Missed days are yours to catch up inside your window; there are no make-up sessions and the window does not extend for missed days. Every hour is recorded under the Uplevel Community Terms; if you prefer not to be recorded, keep your camera off or watch the replay.

6. Your materials and your Ledger. You receive a private folder holding your Findings workbook, your Ledger, and each day's homework. You complete and submit your homework from that folder. Your figures are never posted in the community room, and you should not paste them into any artificial intelligence tool outside your own use. Your Ledger and your entries are yours. If you submit your Ledger to us, we hold it under the Uplevel Community Terms and the Privacy Notice, and we may use anonymized totals across all participants to state results once enough data exists.

7. If the Sprint is granted with your enrollment. Where the Sprint is granted to you because of your enrollment in Uplevel Entrepreneur, these terms apply without the fee, and the Sprint is not an inclusion of any membership level.

8. Everything else. Access, conduct, artificial intelligence, liability, and disputes are as stated in the Uplevel Community Terms, which you accepted to enter any Uplevel room.
